ระบบดีมาก เด็กจบใหม่ไฟแรงอาจจะไม่ชอบ ทุกอย่างทำงานอิงบนระบบหมดเลย ต่างจากบริษัทเล็กๆที่ต้องทำแบบ manual เองทั้งหมด ซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้การทำงานที่แท้จริงมากกว่า

การตอบแทนไม่หวือหวา แต่เน้นอยู่ได้แบบยาวๆกันไป ดูแลพนักงานไปต่างจากองค์กรรัฐเลย สวัสดิการดีมาก

ถ้ารับสังคมการทำงานแบบญี่ปุ่นจ๋าเลยได้ก็อยู่ได้นาน แต่ถ้าคิดแบบฝรั่งอาจจะอยู่ยากหน่อย

ดีครับ ผมได้เรียนรู้การทำงานจากที่นี่ เงินเดือนเริ่มต้นอาจจะไม่มาก แต่เพื่อนๆดีมาก ปัจจุบันยังติดต่ออยู่เลย

ผมว่ารายได้ไม่เยอะนะ ถ้ามองแต่เงินเดือน ต้องทำโอทีเพิ่ม แต่โบนัสถือว่าโอเคครับ สวัสดิการถือว่าปรกติ ดีในระดับเดียวกันภายในอุตสาหกรรม
