พนักงานรุ่นเก่าๆเยอะ เด็กรุ่นใหม่มาอาจจะเข้ากันไม่ได้ กับระบบการทำงานแบบตามใจคนทำ อยู่แบบสบาย สบาย ทำงานกลับบ้าน มีความสุข
