ชอบแนวคิดว่าชมให้ชมต่อหน้า เวลาตักเตือนให้เรียกไปคุยส่วนตัว นอกจากให้ความรู้แล้ว เรื่องการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีของการบริหารคน บริหารงาน มันทำให้เรารู้สึกว่า ไม่ได้อยู่กันด้วยงาน แต่อยู่กันด้วยการดูแลเอาใจใส่ทุกเรื่องจริงๆ
