DECATHLON Thailand online retail

We are currently establishing ourselves within the Southeast Asia region with 2 websites at the moment: www.decathlon.sg | www.decathlon.my and have expansion plans in Thailand too. With that, we are looking for ambitious candidates who share our passion for sports, are sincere and dynamic.

Main information about the job are:

As a part of our Oxylane Thailand organisation and reporting directly to the Managing Director for Decathlon South East Asia, you will be the innovation leader for creating and strengthening online retail operations in Thailand. You will be in charge of managing all departments, taking full responsibility for selecting the range of products, deciding the prices and the advertising strategies. At the end of the year, your website should be profitable.

You will also have to build a superior team to achieve this success.

Profile requirement:

The ideal candidate should exemplify the following qualities:

• Sports lover and practitioner

• Degree in a technical discipline with at least 2 years of B2C commercial experience

• Preferably experience in managing, recruiting a business unit within a retail environment

• Strong experience in e-marketing - Google ad word, analytics, Facebook contests

• Experience in CRM campaign management, loyalty program launch

• Ability to be handle this portfolio single handedly in the long run

• Strong negotiation skills and doing deals with affiliation partners

• Flexibility to frequently travel to countries in South East Asia

• Resourceful, Decisive, Problem solver, Motivated team player

• Accountable, Cooperative, Sincere

• Thai-national and fluent in English communication
