We have good relationship between boss and employee. They open doors to listen up your opinion but the result is very difficult and complicated to find out because of worker and system problem. It depends on individual how much to adapt to the organization.

Jobs is really most tallent and challenge me to hit the goal but there is nothing of systematic and unprofessional. That is the disadvantage of family business.
