Manao Software understand that every employees need more time to do what they love apart from work. Work-life balance concept is something that greatly represents our organization. We adapt this concept and apply within the organization.

The company's working hour is flexible. The employees must work at least 40 hours (8 hours per day) on average per week. They can start working anytime between 7-9 a.m. However, employees may request to move work time from one day to another. This is called flexing. If they have plan and have to leave the office 2 hours earlier, they can work extra the next day for 2 hours.

After taking this concept, Manao Software found that our employees are happier at work and can be working efficiently.

Manao Software believes that training provides a greater degree of confidence and level of performance from the organization's staff. The company shall provide training opportunities to keep employees abreast of current thinking and re-skills/up-skills in their relevant professions to create and develop an environment where professional development and teamwork is enhanced.
