และถ้าเอาใจใส่ก็จะมีการเติบโตอย่างมีระบบ

การขึ้นเงินเดือนปกติ(ขณะนั้น)อยู่ราวๆ 8-9% แต่มีช่วงได้รับการแต่งตั้งเลื่อนระดับ (ไม่มีค่าล่วงเวลา) เงินเดือนขึ้นไปมากกว่า 50% และอีกช่วงหนึ่งขึ้นไปอีก 20%
สำหรับโบนัสมีปีหนึ่งได้สูงถึง 4 เดือน เพราะมีผลงานดี
จึงเป็นเรื่องส่วนบุคคลของผมไม่ใช่ภาพรวม

ต้องเปลี่ยนผู้บริหารใหม่ทั้งชุด ถึงจะทำให้มีวิสัยทัศน์มองถึงเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบันและเข้าใจพนักงานระดับต่ำกว่าได้ดีกว่านี้ เช่น เรื่องสวัสดิการที่เหมือนเดิมตั้งแต่10ปีที่แล้ว เรื่องการจัดอบรมที่ไม่เคยให้วิศวกรได้รับข้อมูลและข้อกำหนดใหม่ๆจากสภาวิศวกรเลย พนักงานต้องไปอบรมด้วยตัวเอง เป็นต้น
