“ งานท้าทายความสามารถดี ”
อยากให้บริษัทมอบหมายงานให้เป็นสัดส่วน เพราะการทำงานที่รวมกันหลายหน้าที่พร้อมกัน ผลงานอาจจะออกมาไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร

คุณภาพการทำงานค่อนข้างเครียด เนื่องด้วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายค่อนข้างเยอะและไม่ค่อยเป็นระบบ

หากมีการมอบหมายงานทำเป็นสัดส่วนจะดีกว่านี้เนื่องด้วยพนักงานต้องรับผิดชอบหลายหน้าที่จนบางครั้งทำให้งานบางส่วนทำออกมาไม่ดีพอ
