ทำงานหลากหลายหน้าที่ ทั้งวิชาการและกิจกรรมต่างๆเพื่อพนักงาน หากได้เข้าทำงานที่นี้แล้ว จะได้รับประสบการณ์การทำงานที่หลากหลาย ผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างาน ส่วนใหญ่อายุยังน้อย และต้องทำงานวิจัย หรือโครงการต่างๆ เป็น KPI ของตัวเองทุกคน ไม่ว่าจะตำแหน่งไหน มีผลต่อการประเมิน มีความกดดันเล็กน้อย
